The large air-conditioned fitness center is offers dumbbell free weights (up to 50 lbs.), incline and decline benches, and bench press. There are an array of stretch mats to allow for pre and post stretching and abdominal work.

For cardiovascular exercise we have Schwin treadmills, a stairmaster and exercise bicycles.

Treatments do not need to be booked in advance of your visit to the island, but appointments must be pre-booked at the resort. A fee will be charged for late cancellations. Evening and in-room appointments available by advance notice.
