Long Bay Beach Resort Welcomes New General Manager

We are delighted to announce that Bria Guishard has been promoted to the position of General Manager at Long Bay Beach Resort, effective immediately. Bria has been an integral part of the team as Assistant General Manager, and we are thrilled to see her step into this leadership role.

Born and raised in Tortola, Bria brings a deep connection to the local community, coupled with over a decade of experience in the accounting and business field. Since joining the hospitality industry in 2021, Bria has demonstrated her dedication and expertise, starting as Finance Manager at Long Bay Beach Resort. Her outstanding performance led to her promotion to Finance and Administration Manager, where she managed finance, administration, and human resources, and later to Assistant General Manager.

As General Manager, Bria will lead new initiatives aimed at enhancing overall guest satisfaction and optimizing resort operations. Her significant contributions to the planning and fruition of various development stages at Long Bay Beach Resort, including the introduction of new amenities, have already begun to shape the future of the resort.
