Adding to the 1748 Sushi Bar’s unique dining experience, Head Mixologist Ashish brings an innovative twist with a signature cocktail menu inspired by the beauty of Japanese culture. “Our new cocktail selection captures the essence of Japan’s flavors and traditions, offering guests a chance to sip and savor blends that perfectly complement their dining experience,” Ashish shares. From miso-infused creations to refreshing cocktails with hints of yuzu, each drink has been carefully crafted to delight the palate and enhance the sushi bar’s ambiance.
