1. Parties to the Agreement
This Membership Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into
between Long Bay Beach Resort (“Resort”) and the Member
whose details are provided herein.
2. Membership Duration and Discounts
The minimum length of membership is three months.
A 15% discount is offered for six months’ advance payment.
A 25% discount is granted for twelve months’ advance
payment.
3. Membership Card
Upon completion of the registration process, the Member will
receive a personalized Membership Card. The card will include
the Member’s name, Membership number, start date, end date,
date of issue, and a picture.
4. Terms and Conditions
The Member agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions
outlined in this Agreement and the resort policies.
5. Termination of Membership
Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written
notice, and the Membership benefits will cease accordingly.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
7. Agreement Updates
This Agreement may be updated by the Resort, and the Member
will be notified of any changes.
